TAPESTRY SERIES #3

We are not just inheritors of a tapestry — we are weavers ourselves, shaping what the next generation will inherit.

Becoming the Weavers

Our lives are the next pattern on the loom. Each choice, act of love, and moment of courage adds texture for those who follow.

Honoring and Healing

To honor our ancestry is to carry forward what is life-giving and transform what needs release. Some threads we mend. Others we let go. All belong to the story of becoming whole.

“We are both the weavers and the woven — threads of past and future entwined in the beauty of now.”

The Ongoing Design

The tapestry is still alive, shimmering with new colors each day. We belong not just to what was, but to what’s unfolding through us.

Reflection Prompt:

What colors or patterns do you want your life to add to the greater tapestry of your lineage?

Reflection — “The Eternal Weave”

In the end, every thread finds its place. Some shimmer brightly at the surface, others lie hidden in the depths — but all are essential to the beauty of the whole.

So may we tend the threads entrusted to us with care.

May we honor the old patterns, heal the torn edges,

and weave new colors of hope, kindness, and truth.

The tapestry of belonging is never finished —

As a way of weaving connection forward, consider creating a small ritual of remembrance — lighting a candle, writing a letter, or
displaying an ancestral photo.
