The S.T.O.R.Y. Bridge
You can’t quite name it yet. But you feel it — a pull toward something deeper. Toward your own story. Toward the women who came before you. Toward the version of yourself you still feel is within you waiting to get out.
You are in the right place.
For more than twenty years, I have worked with people to release what their minds could not explain. Inherited patterns, pain, the weight of old stories that were never even yours to carry — the body holds all of it.
That's where the ReUnion work begins. The old beliefs, patterns - it all lives in the body, shaping the nervous system, and quietly running the patterns you've spent years trying to change.
The programs, the cards, the stories and community — they're all ways in. The deepest healing happens when your inner world finally gets to speak, and then your outer world recalibrates."
Welcome to The S.T.O.R.Y. Bridge
— a community for women who are ready to more fully become themselves. The Community
The S.T.O.R.Y. Bridge is a warm, unhurried space where women gather to do this work together. Inside, there are three ways in — each complete in itself, each one a doorway to the next.
The Outer Ring · Begin Here
Guided reflections, card pulls from the Ancestor Wisdom Deck, stories, rituals, and gentle invitations to go deeper. This is where you feel your way in — through story, community, and the quiet recognition that something here is for you.

Maybe quietly, maybe all at once. The roles that used to fit just don’t feel quite right anymore. You're asking different questions or seeing life through an "older adult" lens.
This isn't about fixing yourself. You're not broken. It's about recognizing who you already are. Wherever you're standing right now — mid-change, craving roots, or just sensing something bigger — you belong here.
“Where do I fit in? What do I want to carry forward? What is mine to live — and what is mine to release?”
You don’t need a perfect family history to be here. You don’t need spiritual certainty or the right words. You only need curiosity — and the willingness to listen.
The S.T.O.R.Y. Framework
This is The S.T.O.R.Y. Bridge.
Seek. Transform. Own. Remember. You.
Everything is built to help you explore your own S.T.O.R.Y. - at your own pace.
Your lineage, your questions, your place in the continuum. Begin with curiosity, not answers.
Through truth, not performance. This is where healing happens — in the body, not just the mind.
Your identity, your earned wisdom, your voice. Claim what is already yours.
The elders, the stories, the ones who carried you here. Belonging does not require a perfect family history.
As the ancestor in the making. You are already creating a legacy — right now, in this moment.
This is not a program. It’s a passage. See the full framework →
Everything in life is interconnected.
Our lives are speaking to us all the time; all we need to do is listen.
A Word from Me
I didn’t come to this work because I had clear answers.
This path began when I became a caregiver for my mother after my father died. It changed everything. Until then, in a lot of ways, I still felt like I did in my 20's — like I hadn't fully caught up to my own age. Caregiving changed that. Making end-of-life decisions makes things real, fast. Death stops being abstract. It just becomes part of your week. That shifted how I saw my mother, how I saw aging, and how I saw myself.
I'd already done the genealogy work. I knew my lineage, the names, the dates. And I still just felt like a line on a chart. Something changed once I became a caregiver. Listening to my mother's stories — stories I'd heard a hundred times — felt different. Standing at the cemetery felt different. The names on the headstones had weight they hadn't had before. I can't fully explain it. I just understood things at a deeper level.
Out of that, I started helping my mother put together a video legacy for her kids and grandkids. What began as one small act of love turned into a doorway. I started seeing how everything I'd already lived — the writing, the photography, the caregiving, the healing work — wasn't separate. It was all leading here.
What I needed — and what I kept seeing other women need — was community. It was permission to slow down and breathe. To listen within. To begin answering some of the quiet midlife questions: Where do I fit (when my daughter role ends?) What's mine to carry forward — and what's mine to put down?
This community exists for that woman.
You are already the bridge between past and future. This is the place where you learn to walk it - with intention.
— Founder, The S.T.O.R.Y. BridgeStill Wondering If This Is For You?
“I’m carrying things that don’t belong to me — but I don’t know how to put them down.”
“I feel pulled toward my story, my roots, my ancestors — but I don’t know where to start.”
“I want to pass my knowledge on to my kids (and grandkids). I just need a place to do that.”
You don’t need to have it figured out. That’s exactly why we’re here.
A Note on Ancestors
You don't need a full family tree (or any family tree) to begin. To Belong. You already belong.
In exploring your S.T.O.R.Y. here, for "ancestors" I don't only mean blood. I mean the people who raised you even if they didn't birth you, the elders who showed you how to be, and the places and practices that shaped you before you had words for any of it.
You do not need a complete story. You do not need spiritual certainty or any prior experience. You do not need to know your family history. You need only a body — and a willingness to listen to what it holds.
